How to Make Perfectly Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip
There are a few tips and tricks you should follow to make sure your buffalo dip comes out perfect, with gooey cheese!
First, make sure you bring the cream cheese to room temperature so it’s easier to mix.
Shred your chicken before adding it to the dip to get a fine shred. Use hand blender to help. I’ve even made this with canned chicken and it turned out just fine!
If you like creamier dips or notice the chicken is slightly dry, you can add a tablespoon or two of sour cream.
Mix everything together well before placing it in the oven, but save some of the shredded cheese to sprinkle on top before it goes in the oven. This will give a nice layer of cheesy goodness.
Optional: Top off with a sprinkle of blue cheese crumbles as a garnish!
